David J Anderson II
David is the co-owner of Hagan Anderson Realty Group helping people navigate the complexities of the real estate market in south Texas. His passion is to guide, provide resources, and help people need to realize their dreams and goals.
Growing up in Oregon on a farm, the U.S. Army brought him to San Antonio where he chose to marry and raise his family. After serving in the military David worked in the healthcare industry and helped his wife homeschool his four children. Changing career fields he sought to use his experience in contract management, teaching, and coaching in real estate.
He concentrates on residential, investment, and farm and ranch south Texas areas including: San Antonio, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Helotes, Castroville, Floresville, Devine. A driving passion to learn has led to him to earn multiple designations including Pricing Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Military Relocation Professional. Additionally, he earned the distinct Graduate, Realtor® Institute designation.
He is active in his church and community through volunteering with various charities and mentoring young professionals. In his off time, David enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching baseball, and finding new out-of-the-way taco restaurants and coffee shops.
